Off-the-shelf coal and diesel burners aren’t tuned for pellet fuel. The fines accumulate. The ash chemistry slags up heat exchangers. Combustion efficiency drops. We engineered our burner range from the inside out — primary, secondary and tertiary air staged for biomass, firebox geometry matched to pellet flame profile, ash removal automated.
The result: drop-in retrofit kits that swap into existing boiler systems with minimal civils work — and stand-alone units engineered for the next 25 years of process heat.

Every NatureTech burner is calibrated on NatureTech pellets. Same supplier, same datasheet — which means combustion curves are predictable from commissioning forward.
Burners are also rated for third-party EN+ A1 pellets and for our high-husk pellet variant. Multi-fuel operation is supported on NT-S and NT-T series with field-tunable air-fuel ratios.

We don’t drop ship hardware and leave. The burner ships with a NatureTech commissioning engineer. And it stays in service with our parts inventory and field crew.
Our engineer surveys your existing fuel chain, boiler condition and plant load. Output: a feasibility report with conversion CAPEX and payback model.
Burner spec, hopper sizing, ash handling, electricals and civils — itemised and costed. Sign and we schedule fabrication.
Built and tested in our Karachi facility. Factory acceptance test on actual pellet fuel, with you on the floor or via video walkthrough.
Our crew at your plant. Mechanical install, electricals, controls integration. Commissioning under load, with operator training.
